Talk to Our Experts
Our financial aid representatives at our schools can talk to you about the various financial aid programs you may qualify for. They will tell you what you need to do to apply, review your applications to make sure they are filled out correctly and process any additional paperwork for you.
How to Apply
Students who want to apply for financial aid (and state aid, if applicable) must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year. The application is available online at https://fafsa.ed.gov or through the Le Cordon Bleu student portal. FAFSA applications are processed through the Department of Education, and all information is confidential. Follow the steps below to begin:
- Gather the documents you’ll need to apply, including income tax returns (most likely yours and your parents’ or spouse’s), W-2 forms, and other records of income, as well as your identification documents (social security card and driver’s license).
- Apply online at https://fafsa.ed.gov. You’ll need a FSA ID, which you can get before or while you complete the form, to sign your online FAFSA. Apply here to get your FSA ID
We strongly recommend that you to begin the financial aid process as soon as possible after you enroll to make sure you meet the deadline to receive funding in time for your program’s start date.
