Welcome to Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Minneapolis/St. Paul
The Twin Cities offer a thriving cultural community with art, theater and museums not to mention a wealth of restaurants and notable chefs with James Beard nominations. It is also home to the first Le Cordon Bleu campus in the United States
Convenience with state-of-the-art facilities
We are located in a quiet suburb of St. Paul, just a few minutes from the MSP airport, close to major highways, the light rail, and convenient bus stops.
Our entire campus is dedicated to the culinary arts and has 9 state-of-the-art kitchens full of industry-relevant equipment—far more than any other school in the Twin Cities that offers culinary education. We also have 6 lecture rooms and a computer lab for student use.
The company you’ll keep
Our alumni include James Beards nominees; Chefs Mike Brown, Jamie Malone, Erik Anderson, and Michelle Gayer. Chef Russell Kook was a runner up on Hell’s Kitchen and was also seen on Iron Chef. Chef Brandon Rudolph is currently the Executive Chef at the Governor’s Residence.
Among our notable instructors are Chef Jason Ross, a food writer and restaurant consultant for some of the biggest restaurant groups in the Twin Cities. Chef Brian Hauke was in residence for the Royal Family in the Bahamas prior to joining our faculty.
Minneapolis is known for exceptionally low unemployment*. We have strong relationships with many local restaurants as well as properties across the country, providing our students opportunities for externships and employment.
