Convenience with state-of-the-art facilities

Our campus is conveniently located in an office park with public transportation nearby.

Students learn in 10 commercial kitchens filled with industry-relevant equipment for hands-on learning and demonstrations. We also regularly host guest chef demos and One Bite Competitions.

The company you’ll keep

Alumni include Taryn Mumpower who appeared on Cupcake Wars; Carl Whitman and Jason Edwards who cook for the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers, respectively; Andrew Larisch is in residence at Fat Duck in London; and Alvin Layugan works at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas.

Our Chef Instructors all have industry experience and are dedicated to shaping the next generation of culinary artists.

* Our school has an articulation agreement which allows our graduates to transfer into a Culinary Management BA online program offered by Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale (ACICS/ACCSC Accredited). This articulation agreement is a formal, written document that defines how courses taken at our school can be applied towards this online program.
